Zucchini Bread
3 eggs
1½ C. sugar
3 C. flour
¼ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. vegetable oil
3 tsp. vanilla
½ C. walnuts
½ C. golden raisins
2 C. shredded zucchini

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl and set aside. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Blend well.

Add dry ingredients slowly. Blend well. Add zucchini, nuts and raisins. Mix well.

Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 45-55 minutes.
