Gluten-Free Products: Naturally Gluten-Free, Naturally Delicious!

We at the Vin-Chet Pastry Shop understand that finding gluten-free products is hard enough. Finding gluten-free products that taste as good as the products that contain gluten can be next to impossible.

In the fall of 2006, we teamed up with David Wolf of Wolf Fitness and Weight-Loss Center in Lackawanna to develop recipes designed to help both Vin-Chet customers and Wolf Fitness clients who suffer from Celiac disease. Our goal was to provide a great-tasting alternative to products that are traditionally made from wheat.

Vin-Chet is committed to developing and producing great tasting, high-quality, gluten-free products. We are currently offering an extensive line of gluten-free products at both of our locations. All of our gluten-free products are all-natural, made from Bob’s Red Mill certified gluten-free ingredients.

We are happy to accept your special orders for gluten-free baked goods. And like everything else we make, you have the benefit of over 60 years' experience in making delicious cakes, desserts, breads, and rolls. Currently, our gluten-free products are only available on Saturdays. Please place your order by telephone no later than noon on Friday so you won't be disappointed!
